Today I dyed Easter eggs…but they weren’t your ordinary plain old solid colored eggs. They were badazzled with jewels, rhinestones, sequins, and glitter glue. I also learned something new that you can do with eggs. There is a device that you use to poke holes through the egg shell with an uncooked egg and squirt out all the juices which then allows the egg to last forever. Pretty cool right? I thought so, but it’s not as easy as you think or looks, it takes patience and skill but we all mastered it. These badazzled Easter eggs just go to show you how times have changed. As technology continues to progress and come up with new ideas so can something as simple as Easter eggs! :)
HELLO TUMBLR!
At first I was very skeptical with creating a…blog…I didn’t think I would ever use it and I thought of it as useless, just another distraction. After reading and watching several tutorials about experimental/educational blogging and wiki’s I was educated on how beneficial blogging can be. Not only is it a major form of communication but it is also a way to notify people about the news, new emerging ideas, fun facts and tips, and much more. Even though creating a blog was a homework assignment for my comp 205 class, I am enjoying being a part of the tumblr community! It has so far been a fun learning experience and distraction :) !
